Quick Question - Is phosguard supposed to tumble?

I use it in my reactor. It barely tumbles.

Not a good idea, it's aluminum oxide and everytime it seems as if people have trouble with this product; it's because of this or improper rinsing. Tumbling may release aluminum into the tank. I never had a problem when I used it.
