So I think, I am going to begin to run this to lowere my phosphate problem, but was wondering what I should run it in.

Is a filter bag sufficent, or do I need some type of reactor.

You could put it in a filter bag, but a reactor would make it more efficient.

if you have a sump get aphosban reactor, the 150 from 2 little fishes is popular, fill it with a phosban material, there are several about, the reactor can hang on the sump and be out of sight, just adjust the flow so it isnt too powerful heres a little more info for you
