phosphate reactors?

What type of media and also what type of reactor would you recommend for a 240? I've looked at via aqua and the TLF phosban reactor. I like the pump included on the via aqua and the screw off top.

How many of these will I need for a 240? What about one for nitrates?
What types of reactors do most people use besides calcium reactors?
