Phosphates a little high

My phosphates are on the high side. I don't know where they are coming from. I use good water, Reversed Osmosis and Deionized. I have a deep sand bed and about 58lbs of liverock in my 55 gallon tank. The kit said I have about 0.30- 0.4 phosphates. I do my regular water changes, I have a tidepool II sump and have a przm dlx protein skimmer and only 3 fish with about 50 Blue legged and 3 scarlet hermits. So where are the phospates coming from? Should I get phosphate media to remove it? Will that help?

What type of food are you feeding? Flakes are very high in phosphates. But yes a phosphate media will help to remove it.
