Phosphates Levels

I just re- tested my Phosphates and I got a reading of 0.03ppm not ZERO, like i got off the 1st reading off my Hanna checker! I guess, it's probably a good idea to test twice. Where do you keep your Phosphates levels at REEFERS?

Barely detectable on the salifert color chart. The goal IS NOT zero - PO4 is needed for basic metabolic processes in all living creatures.

i believe the precision on the hanna is +- 0.04 so you could be at 0, or you could be at 0.07

I would check again in a couple days to a week, if youre still in that range, i wouldnt worry, if youre increasing you may want to start working on it.
