Phosphorous ULR Reading

I've been testing my water for Phosphorous with Hanna ULR. Using Rowaphos in my reactor it's barely moved over 10 days since I refreshed Rowaphos going from 12 (0.037) to 10 (0.034). So the question is, has my Rowaphos been fully exhausted in 2 weeks, could I have too little in the reactor or could the flow too strong. And I suppose finally, am I expecting too much from Rowaphos?

In a tank with significant phosphate, the media can be exhausted in a few hours. The phosphate measurement can be a bit off, as well, but I suspect that the system needs more RowaPhos if you want to drive the level lower. That might take a lot of media, though, if the sand or live rock has adsorbed a lot of phosphate.

Thanks. I've put some Kent sponge in for 24 hrs which should reduce Phosphates. Then monitor the Rowaphos performance with the Lower Level to see if it increases.
