Photo-cell

i think i damaged my photocell on my multicontroller. (getting it wet did it?) so, night mode doesnt work. when the lights go out, i still get the the alternating high/low pulses.

so.. i cut the photo-cell cord and it now runs in night mode all of the time as i expected.

question:

if i order another photo-cell.. can this be simply plugged inside of the multicontroller box or will i have to splice the new photo-cell to the existing cord i left dangling outta the multi-controller.

not that its important, but does the replacement cell have the moonlight built in? if not, no worries.

$15 for photocell and labor and probably about $6 to send it back- Approx $21 total.

It will have the moonlight, it is the original one.
