Photoperiod for long tentacle anemones under T5 HO lighting?

I'm getting a long tentacle anemone which I'm going to place under 108 watts of T5 HO lighting in my Biocube 29. I was planning on using timers to achieve a photoperiod of 12 hours for my actinics and then 10 hours for my 10k lights (1 hour after actinics turn on and turning off 1 hour before actinics turn off). I'm also planning on feeding the anemone silversides, PE mysis, etc. multiple times per week to supplement my lighting.

Here's a few questions I have and would greatly greatly appreciate anyones help:

1) I was wondering if anyone has experience with long tentacle anemones under T5 lighting and if you could provide any advice for a proper photoperiod.

2) Is the 108 watts of T5 HO sufficient for a long tentacle on a biocube 29? I was thinking about buying a high par LED to add additional light if what I have isn't sufficient.

3) I purchased the anemone from Liveaquaria Diver's Den. The anemone has been living under metal halides, so should I start off on a shorter photoperiod and gradually build up to the full photoperiod?

Thanks!!!!!

Thanks for the reply! What issues have they had with silversides? Contamination or just the bones in them annoying the anemones?

That is interesting about the silversides, because i just started feeding my BTA silversides and he or she deflates and looks all stringy. I just bought some shrimp and squid so ill try feeding that.
