I too wanna see more...I live down in Dallas area and I am a member of DMAS, we had a member that dossed Vodka and did really well with it until she decided to stop dosing. After she stopped all her corals lost their color, well not all of it but they didn't even look as good as they did before she started. Good Luck!

Thanks all for the replies and feedback. Just took these this morning. However, almost had a heart attack, just found out my refractometer was way off in calibration and just did a my weekly water change at 1.020. I usually prefer around 1.026. I ended up taking water directly from the tank and mixing salt in a 2 gallon bowl and slowly dumped it into my filter socks to bring it back up. Hopefully it wont effect anything to bad.

Anyways, here's some more photo's. Waiting for my friend to take some more professional shots shortly.

Does anyone know what type of Tang the yellow one is in the picture? I have not been able to identify him. (Some sort of a Chevron) I bought him thinking he was a mimic tang (Real yellow as a juvenile) and as he grew older he started getting spots around his face, lines on his back and a blue rim around his fins.

Is this tank acrylic? If you can, you should try to post your pics to photobucket and post the IMG codes, makes it easier instead of clicking to open each picture in a new window.

Thanks I was wondering how to do that. I was going to post a message asking how people are posting them. Yes the tank is 1" thick acylic. I had it custom made at midwest aquariums about 2 years ago.

I'm pretty sure that's the juvenile markings of an Atlantic blue tang (Acanthurus coeruleus).

Atlantic Blue?

Atlantic Blue?

I thought it was a Atlantic Blue myself but its the spots on his face and his body shape that are throwing me off a bit. Most of the Atlantic blue photo's I've seen they all look somewhat rounded and I Haven't seen a picture of one with the spots on his head. I attached a closer photo for better identification.

Sorry still haven't figured out how to post the pictures as an Image so it dosen't have to open as a attachment. Im using a MAC computer I've had for less than a week. If anyone can tell me how its done it will be much appreciated.

This is the juvenile colouring. The tail is a dead giveaway.

All I did to post your image was right-mouse-click on it to select Copy the Link Location, then in Reply I clicked on the yellow icon that looks like a couple of mountains with a postage stamp, pasted in the link (Ctrl+v) from the previous step and, Hey! Presto! your image appears in my post.
