Nice images. For some reason I am drawn to the train wheel! It just feels like you're about to be squashed...

Every time I see that artistic graffiti on rail cars I'm impressed at how much work someone did only to have it taken away the next day never to be seen again. The "artist" will never get any credit for it.

Good pics!

Had to go to SLC?

Looks like you had much nicer air quality than last time I was there (stupid inversions).

I love Squatters beer.

Oh, and nice shots. I especially like the nighttime ones (I can't believe that JB's is still there; it's always been terrible).

Thanks for all the nice comments. Thanks Junior. For the most part it was just my D80 with a 18-105mm Nikon lens. I think the only one I used a different lens with was the beer one. That was my Nikon f1.8 lens. When I fly I bring a cheap 30 dollar tripod with me that I can collapse and fit in my carry on easily.IPT - Funny thing about the train wheel, My friend in New York saw my pics and works for the railroad and told me to be very careful in train yards like that because all of those cars may not be moving but they are free rolling and 2 guys died up in NY last week by getting smashed my trains.Wolverine - I don?t like going to SLC. My work gets travel happy every spring and I usually fly out 3 or 4 times. Its really not the traveling part I dislike, and I actually enjoy SLC. It just so happens that they frequently send me on tues and wed (my days off) making long weeks for me. Squatters is wonderful I go there every time im there. The food is wonderful too. And there is no way I would ever actually go to that jbs lol.

A to the Z like I said be careful in those train yards! The shots are just as fantastic here as I said on LR and you are getting great accolades from some of the most respected posters here!
