Phyllidiella pustulosa

I've just gotten ahold of two nudibranches which the LFS was giving away because they weren't selling yet I've come home to ID them as Phyllidiella pustulosa . I will take pictures of them and their undersides when I can to double check this ID with you guys, but I'm relatively certain currently. After doing some reading it seems these are specialized feeders and I will likely not be able to keep them alive.

Is there any way to tell that they're dying so I can quickly remove them before they nuke my tank?

or am I better off getting rid of them and not taking the risk to begin with. my system is not that large.

Some inverts like sea stars die slowly enough that you can watch it happen over a matter of days or even weeks. Nudis may go either slow or fast. If fast you won't be able to protect your tank. Since members of the family Phyllidiidae are among the most poisonous branchs of all and have caused many tank deaths it's better to just not have them in the first place.
