Phylum Echinoderma-AKA "Medusa Worm" ???

I have the oportunity to get a medusa worm. I understand the pros and cons of having this type species in a reef tank but I have been able to find very little info on this particular species. All I really need to know is "Am I taking a huge risk by putting one in my tank or are they relatively okay under good conditions.

I did find a pic of it with a little info but want to see what all your thoughts are. thanks

I believe that under good conditions they are fine to have but the problem comes when they die or are stressed.

Are the colored ones like this hard to come by? or uncommon?
