There is no inter-species warfare going on in DT's or anyone else's product. That is a complete lie. I was at the Marine aquarium Expo in CA in April and talked to the maker of Phyto2. I asked him why people who are growing phytoplankton and selling it cannot just sell their products on a basis of their merits, if they have any. He said with a big smile, that it is an emotional industry.
Using scare tactics is a proven and successful tactic when trying to sell against a superior product or when running for office.
DT's Live Marine Phytoplankton has much more odor than products like Phyto2 because it is about 20 times the density. That is really all there is to it.
One of the many researchers who use DT's it to raise oysters from 3 weeks to 12 weeks in a study of the toxicity of metals at the University of North Carolina, Charlotte. The researcher is Dr. Inna Sokolova who told me that DT's is the sole diet for her research animals. She would not be able to use the product unless it was free of toxins.
