Phyto Feast....when do I feed?

Do I do it in the mornings before my actinics kick on or at night before my actinics kick off or can I feed it after mya ctinics kick off at night? How many times a week?

I feed mine before lights go out and every other day, but thats just me

I feed coral food one day and phyto the next on a cycle. I feed a couple of hours before the actinics come on becouse that is when the most polyps are out.
