Phyto: Food for Every Tank Member?

I'm thinking about culturing phytoplankton as food for my future tank inhabitants. As you probably know by now, I'm planning an 86g Fiji biotope tank. It will have a pair of maroon clowns, a BTA, snails, and maybe some SPS or LPS. Would the phyto feed my BTA and clowns? Does it have enough nutritional quality to be the main food?

The corals and anemones you listed will not feed on phytoplankton (though it can help generate copepods and larvae). Anemones need high energy meaty foods to thrive and prosper.
