I would like to buy a culture that is freshwater tolerant. I believe nanochloropsis is able to use fresh or salt. I just steralized my reactor and filling with ro/di. I also pulled my Kent Pro Culture Part A and Part B out of storage.
Also if there is a mathmatecian out there can you double check my calculations on adding the Pro Culture. It states to use 10ml for every 75.6 liters(20Gallons). So 2 liters would be around 1/4th of 1ml. I am no good at math so please let me know if I am wrong.
hey steve, i have Nannochloropsis, tetraselmis, and some strain that i got from DT's. your more than welcome to any, just let me know. if the meeting stays on schedule for the 27th i think i will make it!
ohh yeah, i still have a unused disk of Nannochloris still in the freezer. i have to get a bigger phyto station before i start that one. if thats the strain you need let me know i will get you the disk being i wont need it for a while.
