Phytoplankton Cultures

Anyone have cultures of phyto going atm? I'm looking for a place to get Nannochloropsis starter culture so I can start growing some algae.

You could buy a small bottle of DT's and use that as your starter. Thats what I did when I grew Phyto. Now I just use DT's, easier to keep up with IMO.

I grew it for awhile. Had several gallons going at a time. This is where I got the goods from:
Florida Aqua Farms

DT's is the only other thing I would use. It is "live".

After price and time considerations I think I'm just going to use the algae pastes for my purposes. Thanks for the information guys
