Phytoplankton settled

I stopped dosing phyto and I let my cultured bottles settle and just sort of started ignoring them and not shaking them up. Can it still be used like the dead phyto feast from RN? Or should I just dump it all out and start a new culture?

No experience growing phyto but, personally, I would dump it. Who knows what kind it decomp has occurred.

If you shake it and it mixes up then in general your good to go! If the lid has been closed and you bought your phyo from a trusted source (ie: they sterilize the water before culturing) then the phyto should be Phyto (dead but and if refrigerated then still nutritional) and good to feed. If you see weird things floating or growing on sides of container then dump out but in most cases your still ok to dose it!
