How can I go about getting a pair of Picasso clowns?

I would make sure that you order a WYSIWYG pair. My local fish store got mine for me, and he had pictures of the EXACT FISH sent before we said yes.

Live aquaria has WYSIWYG ORA picasso pairs. You could also try and contact local breeders though.

Your local LFS problaby can get u a pair, thats how i got my pair they are ORA.
