Just a question about coloration. So, I know that as the picasso ages, it begin to turn mainly black like the onyx perc. The question is, how does the black begin to show? I see small dots of black forming on my picassos and was just making sure this is not a problem. So, does the color usually start with small splotches, or does it usually grow out from the white bars? Just making sure everything is noral with them. Just to inform anyone interested, I have paired a picasso with an onyx to see what happens. I still have my true pair of pics, but if I start breeding, I want a couple cool combinations that might form different patterns than have been seen before. So, is anyone attempting this combination and had success? If so, what is the coloration and pattern of the offspring?
