We live about one hour south of San Antonio, Texas and when we want to go shopping or something we have to drive to do it. My parents both work in San Antonio so I asked my mother if she would go to one of the fish stores in S.A. for me to pick out a fish and beginner coral for my new tank. She went a came home with a Star Polyp attached to a piece of live rock with two other smaller corals that are really small to identify right now (fish store guys are so nice, he gave it to her for the price of just the Star Polyps), a Fire Shrimp and two Picasso Clowns!
My question is, is it normal for them to be swimming along the top of the aquarium? or is there something wrong? I didn't see them much when they were in the bag, but before I started acclimating them I noticed they were doing something similar in the bag, although I didn't really look at them much when they were in the bags (just acclimated them and put them in). Could they have been stressed from the long time they spent in the bags? (30 min drive through S.A. plus the hour drive home, and the acclimation).
Please help!
