Picasso's spawning

Hey Guys, My grade A picasso's have been spawning for about two months now providing nice food for my crabs and shrimp. I dont have the means nor time to try to hatch and raise the fry. I hate seeing such beautiful fish that have potential go to waste, so with that being said i'd be willing to loan them out to the "sex slave industry" for awhile. Ive had them for 3-4 years and they are beautifull and healthy. If you can provide good care for them and have experience with raising the fry let me know and maybe we can work something out.

Hey Chris, Im great thanks! Yeah, I havent posted in awhile but I still lurk the boards often. Hows life your way?

Thanks Kayce, Those pictures dont even really do the fish justice. They are really beautifull. I got them from Donni a few years back right when the picassos were comeing big into the fish scene.

They might stop spawning if you moved them. They are probably comfortable where they are (why they started spawning in your tank). You should put in a clay pot or piece of slate for them to lay eggs on and then see if someone could hatch the eggs and raise the fry. That way you dont have to move your fishies!

Lauren: I'm sure they will stop spawning for awhile after a move but I think they will eventually spawn again. I don't have the time to try to catch the eggs at the right time and raise the fry. I was thinking that someone with experience and likes beautiful may want to give it a go.

Thanks Lynn, long time no talk. I hope all is well.

40 gal breeder tank available.

40 gal breeder tank available.

I have a 40 gal breeder tank that I set up a few months ago. Finished cycling a month and a half ago. Only have a few hermits and a pincushion in it right now along with the live rock. I have two other tanks, 125 and 135 gal, but they are heavily occupied right now. Let me know if you are interested in moving them in for a while. I live southside OKC. You can reach me at 405-659-0687. The tank is set up in my home office. I'm there all day so they will be closely monitored.
