Picking up two new Vegas tomorrow! Need input

Hi guys with my lovely finances help GOD I LOVE HER. Ill be picking up two of the AI vega fixtures. Wanted to know what to do to get it to the right pars? I just picked up a duncan colony with 8 heads also a few zoas and a hammer with 5 heads that won't open up. I'm sure this will bring the beauty out but need help thanks guys. Ill post pics once they're up

yes, good choice. Just make sure you slowly ramp them up. I would start out around 30-40% and go up 5% every 10-14 days. In my tank lps like frogspawn loose color and become more translucent if I keep it directly under the AI fixture. But I've ramped them to 100%. Your corals will have really nice color.

Thanks and i have my hammer coral im hoping will open up once these are installed tonight. And any other tips that you have also what are the best modes.

START WITH THE POWER LOW. BUMP IT UP SLOWLY

I cannot state this enough.. LEDS will scorch corals, especially soft/lps if you start them out too high.

Other than that, you should be happy
