i feed my duncans cyclopeez (sp) they love it and i know that they eat it becouse about twice a week what goes in must come out 
there are two small heads forming on the back side of the top head! so far seems to be a moderatly fast grower. i have them sitting on the bottom of my cube in low/moderate flow

That's not enough for them,it is good for them.But they really like the more meaty stuff.Get yourself some frozen Krill,take heads and scales off.Cut them in small chunks and feed each mouth.
Just make sure you don't have any pesty fish,they will grab it out of the Duncans mouth.Or put them in a bowl,and let the eat in peace.

not to brag. well i guess to brag. My LFS got a frag of duncan last month and when it gets big enough I'll get first frag!!!! I had no idea they were this sought after. I just thought that it was a really a cool looking coral.

Ahh, I see you have a 12g nano too Well I get to look at her tank too, so I guess they're a little for me also. It used to be that her tank got the left overs and I got the eye candy, lately I think the shoe is on the other foot!
I'm not an expert on dendro ID, I asked for D. coccinea. They're a little larger (biggest one is silver dollar size) and different in color than the other dendros I have seen in person, but I think those were mis-id'd to begin with... so D. coccinea is probably correct. In any case she (we) like them, they made a very nice addition to the cube.

I think they're beautiful, and I definitely want some of them now. I have Mike's encrusting micro bally, & his pink body w/yellow tentacles dendro. I hope it gets big like the coccinea you have. I bought it as a baby polyp - about as big around as a pencil. It is gorgeous. I got both of them about 2 months ago and I just got a new bally polyp to sprout - it's tiny! My dendro is almost twice as tall & bigger around, I keep power feeding it through the weekends hoping to get it huge soon. I really love how the mouths look on your polyps.
So yes, do some after holiday shopping with Mike, I have NEVER been less than ecstatic with what he's sent me and that was my 3rd order from him.

For all you folks who have one Dendro but would like two, just chop off its head. It will grow back, see.

Never give up on a Dendro.
This single polyp was the first one I ever got, it slowly started to die. Lost all of its tentacles and had little specs of flesh left all over the place. My first thought was to remove it, then I said I will just leave it in and see.
This is what I got, around 10 babies from the wreckage.
