After battling every problem known to mankind, redbugs, aefw, alk issues, browning, bleaching, rtn, stn,etc..., my tank is starting to come around. I have a long way to go to get like some of the tanks here, but I am happy with it. You will have to excuse my poor photograph skills with my point and shoot camera.

Lots of circulation blowing the sand around. Believe it or not, I rarely vacuum the sand. I really should though.

Thanks, most corals in the tank started from small frags. A couple started off as small colonies, but IMO, it's more satisfying to grow them out from frags.

Your mari Planna looks just like mine, one side dark rich colors and the green base, the other side more pale and huge PE with minimal green.

I recently got that plana from the open house at Divers Den coral farm. It's looking good so far, with alot better pe than the pic. My last plana I tried a few years ago didn't fare to well. Keeping my fingers crossed
