Wow I absolutely admire that H. Crispa you have. Yours looks just like mine except for the fact that yours is about 2-3 times the size of mine and mine has purple tips. How big is your H. Crispa anyways?

My crispa is about 22"
It has purple tips too, but my camera isn't that great and alot of color gets washed out.
My LTA is very green as well, and that doesn't come through as well as I'd like.
Both really color up after feeding, tips get really purple.

nice!! Boy i love the height of your old 90. Im a short girl. I have to stand on a ladder to reach the sand and my armpit has to touch the water lol

yeah, I kinda miss my 90, had that a long time, lots of memories.
It was cool that it was longer for swimming room(60"), shallower(20"), easy to get to and light up bottom.
I guess I feel about like you w/ my new 180, hard to reach, now I need a stool!
New is about 5" DSB.
Yeah, love my boards too, just got out of nice overhead surf on a nice sunny day.
Life is good!

cant wait to visit agian. my bf was raised in sandiego and his whole family lives there except his mom.
weather here is just starting to get nice and springy, changes my whole attitude
tank size.. yeah.. id love to saw a few feet off my stand lol maybe someday Ill get a shorter one.

Oh, I guess it was the camera. lol. I also guess your Crispa is not 2-3 times the size of mine. Mine is 13 inches in diameter but yours is still a monster nonetheless.
I love the sport of waterpolo. I love the skip shot.

yeah, not only do i hafta scrub my arm b4 diving in, i gortta wash off deordorant too lol Meezly 5'2 here. I never measured the height of the tank, but it comes to my shoulders.
I gess if i saw my stand in half id hafta saw my sump too.. guess that wont work so well
I could always use the drywall installers legs, that would be kinda fun lol

sandiego is a blast we went to old town to casa de pico lasttimewow, talk about some great food!!! I heard they arent there anymore, that would b a shame! We traveled with the grateful dead and phish for about 5 years so we passed thru lots of times to go to shoreline and chulavista etc.

davocean, you looked pretty tall in your pictures. How tall are you? My height gives me a big advantage in waterpolo.

davocean, do you think your Crispa will get any bigger? Isn't it when they get bigger, their growth slows down a lot?

I've heard 24" is about the max, and mine is 22".
I really can't go bigger anytime soon.
Although I look at my tank even right now and think, "400 would really hit the spot"LOL
I AM LOONEY!!
I know my neighbors must think I'm crazy, that or I grow pot!LOL
Shoulda seen their faces when I brought home my 72" outer orbit!

I have seen some pretty huge Crispa's in the wild in pictures. They looked huge. I would love to see your Crispa or mine exceed 24 inches. What a paradise for clownfish.
