lets see, i think its going on 4 months. i know, this all happened by accident, i was totally caught off guard that they get along so well, the mantis will literally sit underneath the lionfish's fin...looks like they are laying arm in arm. It still doesnt make sense to me sometimes, because the lion wasnt this friendly with other fish, but the mantis will crawl all over him and he wont move. let me tell you what though these guys are a kick to have in a dorm room. everyone gets excited for "the feedings". i'll take some more pics tomarow when the sun come back out, (my bulbs burnt out and have no $ to replace it for a couple weeks ) glad you all like the pics.

that is amazing, its funny though, everything in my tank is afraid of monte...a hawkfish in another one of my tanks made a fish jump the tank and i arrived too late, so the aggressive one was put in montes lair and the fish will litterly not go within a foot of the entrance to her cave, he is a big sissy now and i dont expect him to last much longer lol, i give it a day or two
