Hell yeah, is the multi color not a threat "at all"? Are you confident all is safe w/ him in the tank? I wouldn't mind having one.

Very nice!! Do you have any clams? If so I heard that the stars might try to eat them.

TTRex94...Thxs I came home one day and he was missing right after I just got it to start eat.

DaddyJax..Thxs again. If you look at the orange linckia, there is a clam mantel right under the star. I did not know or have I read any info on the linckia munching on clams. The blue one has been in the tank for a month and have not made any advances to the clams. Now I am worried, can you please point me in the direction where you have read or heard about this?

I did loose the Power Blue, that fish had so much character that I had to get another one. The one you see is also a new addition along with a sixline. The Powder Blue and Multi are buddies

The multi is a deep water angel so far so good no nips all corals with great PE. Anyways in the wild sps have to put up with more then a nip or 2 or 3 4 or 5... keeping my fingers crossed. It eats like a pig

I found lots that said this but nothing on the Linckia. They are supposed to be quite reef safe and the other thing I found in other articles is that the bivalves are usually much smaller than the star. I would say that you are okay. Sorry to make you worry!
