Hi all,
So as I've prob. mentioned b4, I'm looking to combining fry into either a 10gal or another larger tank. Since they are only 2wks apart (and asking around) I dont think there will be any issues. But I dont know if I should just combine them all into the 10gal. for now (the oldest is 4wks old) and wait till they get bigger, or the 20t with manual vacuuming...or do the 20t with the sump?
I only have about 18-20 fry, and right now I think cost of water changes may be an issue with 30 gallons in the sump set up. I might be able to control water quality better now too since they are better hunters, I feel I dont have to stock so much food in the tank. Right now I'm going thru 15gal/wk but thats 2 small tanks so that amount of water is more significant.
I've found the DI at work tested great to use...now I just gotta work on the salt part. I need to figure out how to make good quality water thats the same every time, and get all the tools.
So I wanted to see if anyone would be kind enough to post pics of your fry set ups so I can get an idea of what to do. Also as always...just opinions/advise is welcome too!
Thanks
