I finally managed to find a program that is easy enough for resizing pictures but theres still a problem. When I resize my pics and upload them to RC they r really tiny with no detail. Ive kept increasing the pixels til RC said they were too big. The pics were still small. If anybody could supply some ideas or knowledge on what I should do I will appreciate it.
