everything pretty much looks blue at depth without supplemental lighting due to all the other wavelengths getting absorbed. The internal flash on the camera is only powerful enough to light macro shots. The shots that look blue have too much water between the flash and the subject to get any color. An external flash is on my shopping list for my next trip

we stayed at the Blue Tan Inn on Ambergris Caye. Real helpful staff. We booked the dive package through them, whcih gave us the flexibility to dive w/ anyone. This was really helpful as we experienced high winds and a lot of dives got cancelled. Other people were screwed if they booked with one dive op but we were able to jump around to different ops.

Belize Diving Adventures for the local sites. Enes and Everett are really nice, would def go again with them.
Aqua Dives for Turneffe pretty good but would not recommend going that far out with them, their boats cannot handle it.
Amigos Del Mar for Blue Hole (very professional operation, would go out again with them)
