Does look like a female, but most definately a male.

yeah io probably would have said female judging by body colour at first sight too, but if you lok at the second pic, (i think) you can see the gonopods.

hmmm...now that i look more closely i see the error of my ways. i wonder if i mislooked that on my peacock too... grrrr gotta get some better pics.
