"pimples" on anthias?

Hey all,

I've had something pop up on my male squarespot anthias. As I was slowly bringing the tank out of hypo (over about 3 weeks), I started to see some white spots which slowly got larger, now they look like like a series of whitehead pimples above and behind his eye. Any ideas?

If I hAd to guess I would say ich? Someone will chime in with an exact diagnosis and cure.

Maybe lymphocystis? If you could post some pictures I'm sure you'll get an accurate diagnosis!

Has he been with any koi, or fish from Ca?
