Pimples on clownfish?

That's the best word I can think of to describe it. My GSM clown looks like it has 2 pimples, one on its side, and one under its "chin". I can't seem to get a good pic, and I've never seen anything like it. The fish still swims and eats normally, still attacks my hand whenever it's in the tank, but these "pimples" look strange. Could it be parasites maybe? Any ideas on what it is and what I should do?

how old's the clown and what color are the pimples? Maroons actually get "whiskers" when they get big.. at least the ones in the pictures in the book Clownfishes have a maroon whisker coming off their cheak.

The clown is only 3-3.5". I've had her since May or June, but I'm nto sure exactly how old she is. This definitely isn't the cheek spines though. One is on the first gold stripe, and one is on the underside of the fish.
