Pink Birdnest Acro Crab... good or bad?

No way to get a pic... this thing is big, and looks exactly like the pink birdnest itself. I have no clue how long it has been there. With flashlight tonight I saw it moving. When still, it is indistinguishable from the coral.

Mind you, this is with lights out and a Mag flashlight only, so not sure what daytime color is, but in the flashlight the colors mesh and the patterns mesh incredibly well.

Is this the bad birdnest crab I've heard about somewhere?????

I have one they eat any parasites, their very good to have indeed. Most people try to buy them.

It's a good guy....I have one that hosted in a A. Loripes for months, but it climbed right over to a Poci colony when I place it near it.

I think mine went from poci to birdsnest. Anthony, mine looks different: pink and white tightly mottled. To the point that the pattern looks just like the polyps on the coral itself.

I ask because the underside of the coral is going white. Not sure why. Worried this guy may be eating the coral. But I'll monitor...
