I've had my Goby in my tank for almost two weeks now. He's been eating well, and been very active. Four days ago I noticed that the end of his tail was turning black. I figured it must have been because he and a tankmate where maybe arguing and he was being defensive, or maybe he that he does gat at night and I caught him before he changed back. He didn't eat supper tonight, and when I checked on him before lights out, he was in the corner of the tank breathing heavily. Is he sick? Does the black tail indicate a disease of some sort I should try treating? Or was he maybe trying to go to bed early? None of my other 7 fish show any signs ofstress, and all of my corals (soft, Lps, and sps) shoe any signs of a problem.
