Okay so I will be finally be obtaining this fish after being on a waitlist for 1+yrs

I want to make sure it is healthy and happy and disease free prior to entering my DT.... (as per all my fish with the exception of my Ruby Red Dragonnete)

I know wrasse are sensitive but here is my QT regime let me know of it is to much for a small wrasse like this.

1 week observation
TTM with 5 transfers spanning 15 days
Dosing Prazi pro on tank 2 and 4
1 week observation

Any advice on the matter is appreciated

I have two Pseudocheilinops ataenia. My biggest struggle was getting them eating consistently. LRS and nutramar ova worked best. I did about 20 days TTM total with 4 full rounds of prazipro with no problems. Pretty easy fish.

Just be very watchful when dosing Prazi-Pro. Some wrasses take it well and some don't. Be prepare to act. You can throw like 2 airstone to get that extra oxygen.

Forgot to mention that it took 48hrs of prazipro to get them eating. (Followed instructions on bottle as far as dosage)

Awesome yeah I got him yesterday he is in QT seems a bit lethargic....just watching him right now to see if he is healthy enough to start TTM. I saw him eat a bit of calanus yesterday after I put him in. But nothing so far today I will be keeping a close eye on him

Nice!
Mine were both pretty lethargic for the first two days. If you can't get them on frozen try harvesting some copepods or amphipods from your display if you can.
