Pink worm/string mass out of anus of butterfly

I have my fish in QT for ich treatment, and woke up to my butterfly having this small mass of wormlike strings of center of his anus. I have attached a picture. Help please

I would try metro in food. Good for internal worms

Prazi Pro isn't as effective against internal parasites. More of a gill fluke product IME.

Thanks for the reply. I'll do a 50% water change tomorrow, since my prazi is half through its treatment, I think adding the General Cure will be ok.

According to Hikari Prazi is effectively in the water for 72 hrs. So if you added it 72 hrs ago you should be fine.
