Pinkbar Goby & Red Banded Snapping Shrimp Question

I recently set-up a new 20g long tank at work and added a Pinkbar goby & Red Banded Snapping Shrimp duo. So far, they both stay out of sight in their burrow.

Will they eventually show themselves more or are they pretty much an unseen inhabitant?

Do you have anything else with them?
If not, they may see the lack of other fish as evidence there is a predator nearby (everyone is "hiding", i.e. that early scene in Finding Nemo).
You may need a dither fish or two. Otherwise just give them some time.

No, they're the only inhabitants. That does make sense though. I'll give them some time (and the tank), and then add something docile. Maybe that will at least bring the Goby out a little more.
