Pipe Fish Dying?

Hey guys, I've had a banded pipe fish for 2 months now and it has been doing great. He's been eating frozen brine and mysis shrimp. Most of the time he hunts in the rocks out of view from me. This morning he's been swimming at the top of the tank kind of lethargically and mostly bent in a c shape. All parameters are normal and all the other fish are fine. Any advice? Thanks.

how often do you feed him? what size tank? do you have a fuge?

i had a red scooter blenny that ate frozen, but he starved to death anyway...fish like this need to be fed often...
