Pipefish for 29 Biocube

I'm setting up a 29 gallon Biocube and have a few questions:

1. What pipes are best for this size tank?

2. Where's the best place online to purchase pipefish pairs?

3. Recommended flow for the tank?

4. Would the pipes prefer a planted tank, or a reef setting?
