pipefish trouble

new banded pipefish (48 hrs in tank) very, very pale, almost white, bought a pair. one seems fine the other is deathly pale. what should i do? it changed color with in a couple of hours. they both seemed fine and were eating.

Yes, some times when stressed they change colors, let it hide and recover.
