Pistol gives the boot to Orange Spotted Goby

Got a Pistol shrimp several months ago to pair with my Orange Spotted Goby. Instead the shrimp took up residence under a frag older made of egg crate. Took the frag rack out a week ago and the shrimp made a b-line for the corner of the tank where the Goby was. He took up the rock next to the Goby. Then cleared out the other side of the rock to face the goby.

2 days ago the shrimp was snapping at a hermit passing by the hole.

Last night the shrimp was making a racket. Snap...snap...snap....
Just found the Goby moved out and hiding in the rocks. Looks like the shrimp gave him the boot from his home since I got him in January.

Sigh...You would think they would get along.

Uh oh. We bought a pistol/ywg pair that got separated when we put them in the tank. The shrimp finally burrowed through to where the goby is and his hole is next to the goby's cave, but they're not hanging out together. Hopefully this doesn't happen to our goby too!

What kind of pistol shrimp was it?
