Pistol Shrimp removal

OK how do I get rid of this pistol shrimp. Taking the rock out is OUT OF THE QUESTION. My tank is final stable and I do not.... I repeat do not want to disturb anything. Is there a fish or crab somthing that would take care of this pain in the you know what??????? How about the Flame Hawkfish?

My question is...what is wrong with him so I know in the future if I should be getting one or not.
I have a flame hawk and he ate my cleaner shrimp. I personally think it was because the cleaner wasn't so healthy. They had been in the tank2 months before the hawk ate him.. I know he ate him because there was an antenna sticking out of his mouth!

Anyways, if you have the right amount of room in the tank and all other concerns out of the way get a hawk that is bigger then the shrimp...

I personally wouldn't want to kill it because I'm not that type of guy... Try holding a cube of food in your hand and let him see it. Try and get him on your hand or near you and then try and scoop him out...

If you really want to remove it, "personally if no harm is done i would keep it," but I would make or buy a fish or pest trap or make your own with a bottle but thats your choice.

For the bottle techique you fust cut off the cap side and turn it around so its inverted but i'll show both.
