Pitts Wall divider build help

I assume you have no desire to do this yourself? You have not provided much in the way of context...
Is it a turn-key system you want or do you want to be involved in part or all of the process from design to construction to stocking and maintenance.
Tank size?
Viewable sides desired (one, two, three?
Floor construction (wood, concrete, first or second floor)
Age of home (new construction still in progress, old home, etc)
Scope of project (design build, or you design they build, etc)
While many of our our stores are reputable, I am not aware of any that are in the custom construction business. In most cases such a project would be designed by an architect and/or engineer in consultation with the homeowner and/or an aquarium maintenance consultant (the stores can help you there). Several members of our local club have built in-wall or room divider type tanks (me included).
On a side note: fooling the word filter here at RC is certain to get you in trouble... as even our little low traffic forum here at RC is monitored by the moderators

Thanks Mr Beananimal for giving me some things to consider. I would like to place a Dt tank 48x30x24 in my existing fireplace on the second floor and have the sump in the basement. I originaly thought of doing a room divider visable from the front, but after studying some designes I think this would give me the best view and space. I really like the look of rimmles tanks, but dnt really like not having a canopy or type of hood for security and evaporation. Mr BeanAnimal I think you have a awsome setup and love your in wall designe. I am very interested in overflows right now there is a "Basso overflow" out of brazil that is very intreaging, but if it works so well why dnt more people use it like the Beananimal or C2C etc.? My home is about 90years old the floors are wood so there may need to be some things taken into consideration. I would like to build the stand out of square steel extrusion. All of the demo and constuction I plan on doing myself. I am going to need heaps of help on the finish work framing etc. By having the sump in the basement I can use a 150 gallon livestock tub and have room for water storeage and what not. The ideas and knowledge that Iam finding on RC is amazing. Thank you for your help and reply Mr BeanAnimal love your build thread and ovrflow
