Place to Train in MMA in Elk Grove?

I am talking true MMA (mixed Martial Arts i.e. UFC, Pride styles of fighting)

I have been to Elk Grove Martial arts academy and Kovars. Not exactly what I am looking for was wondering if anyone knew of any others in ELk Grove?

Isnt the concept of mma, that you take a couple differnet styles ... then adapt that to your 'own' style? I've watched it once in a while, and i've never seen a fighter train in "MMA" more of "___ ___ ____" [several types of martial arts]. Just a thought. Good luck!
