placement of wavebox??

Roger, I got a wavebox for my 54"L x 30"W x 24"T eurobraced reef. I'm going to have a hang-on overflow box. I can position the overflow box anywhere I want along the back wall of the tank. I know I want to have the wavebox on the left side glass of the tank, and against the back wall. I'm going to have a 1" seaswirl on the oppostie side of the tank. Where should I position the overflow box per wavebox ?? (In the center?, more near the wavebox on to the left? , or furthur away from the wavebox to the right?) What would be the best ? thanx

Dead center is ideal. You know, when you have a single wave like you will have the ends are the crest and trough and the center is the fulcrum point and the level does not change, this gives a very stable quiet flow that is not affected by the wave, also the wave energy is not dissipated by the overflow.
