Planning a setup for a Peacock Mantis

I'm talking to a friend of mine on building me a 20 gallon long tank out of 3/8" acrylic. Dimensions of H30 1/4" x W12 1/2" x L12 3/4". It will most likely have an overflow built into it and be drilled. I'll set up a 10 gal sump/fuge for water quality/filtration purposes. What i'm wondering is; would this be sufficient to house a peacock mantis and up to what size? What all else is recommended or changes to my plans so far? I have always loved watching this magnificent creatures and would love to have a small set up solely for it. Would i be able to toss in a few pieces of corals in there? If so, what can i put in there and what can i not put in there?

thanks guys.

i think a 20L would be good for one if you got it while it was small, past 4.5" i think the tank will be too small, something like a 30G breeder would be much better, more surface area for the mantis to roam, i am putting mine in a 40G breeder tank and with everything it cost me over 600
