Since ive been battling my green hair algea problem, this green plant and what looks like some sort of red macro algea has started growing in its place. It started when i added too much gfo at first and sent my tank thru a mini cycle (not sure if it relates, just when i noticed this stuff growing) if its a plant thats beneficial to some people they can have it for free. I rip it out by the handful each week and throw it in the garbage. I hope to one day have my tank pretty again lol its been a rough 6 months but the gfo is doing its job, so its like a give take relationship haha
