Remove the rock it's on, scrub it off with toothbrush, immerse affected areas for 30 seconds in hydrogen peroxide, then rinse rock well in tank discard water before replacing it. Do not let any bubbles hit any living thing. Also when you replace the rock, turn the affect side down into the sand. That may get it.
